Emergency Locum Service (ELS) available: If you are in Pharia 2-6 and you have a medical emergency or personal tragedy and need a locum immediately, you are eligible for government funding. The Pharmaceutical Locum Company has managed the scheme on behalf of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia since 2002.

The Emergency Locum Service (ELS) is an initiative of the Rural Pharmacy Workforce Program (RPWP) and aims to support pharmacies in rural and remote areas through direct access to pharmacist locums in urgent emergency situations.
